EULA - End User License Agreement

EARTHSUNX GENERIC LICENSE

EARTHSUNX is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. EARTHSUNX is licensed, not sold. All copyrights of EARTHSUNX are exclusively owned by the author - Catalin Caranfil.

Registered users are granted a non-exclusive license to use EARTHSUNX on one computer for each license, with only one user per computer at a time. You may also store or install a copy of EARTHSUNX on a storage device, such as a network server, but the copy must only be used to install or run EARTHSUNX on other computers over an internal network; however, you must acquire and dedicate a license for each separate computer on which EARTHSUNX is installed or run from the storage device. A license for EARTHSUNX may not be shared or used concurrently on different computers.

EARTHSUNX is licensed as a single product - its component parts may not be separated.

The registered EARTHSUNX software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred if the person receiving it agrees to the terms of this license and provided you retain no copies and you completely transfer EARTHSUNX (including all component parts, the media and printed materials). If the software is an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.

EARTHSUNX IS DISTRIBUTED 'AS IS'. NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

Using EARTHSUNX signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must UNINSTALL EARTHSUNX and cease to use the product.
